At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn medical apparel. Our streamlined portal ensures that finding your perfect fit or receiving a refund is as seamless as your shift.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your returned scrubs, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
